Refund and Returns Policy

  • All Intuit QuickBooks Financial software and Intuit QuickBooks Point of Sale Desktop software may be returned within 60 days from the date of invoice. This includes QuickBooks Pro, QuickBooks Premier, QuickBooks Enterprise, QuickBooks For Mac, QuickBooks Accountant, QuickBooks POS software and hardware.
  • QuickBooks Online, Intuit Payroll, and Intuit Field Service Management are not eligible for the 60 Day Guarantee, but your subscription can be cancelled within 30 days to prevent any charges.
  • For any service done on an account if the customer would like a refund a FULL REFUND will be given regardless of what the issue might be at any time after service is done. For any software purchased the customer will have the option to either get a full refund and have the QB license removed from the system or opt to keep the software and no refund will be given for the first 60 days after purchase. All financial software purchased through QB Exclusive may be returned within 60 days from the date of invoice or as per application refund policy in force at the time of subscription. Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
